How to shift your perspective during chaotic times.

Today is Wednesday March 18, 2020. The world is having a pandemic of the COVID19 Virus and everyone seems to be in a state of panic.


If what you focus on is where your attention is, than what do you choose to give your focus to?


I am not telling you to put your head in the sand and live in fairy land. I am requesting you change your focus to all the things that you get to be and do during these times of chaos.


I woke up this morning and first thing I did, was think about 3 things I am grateful for today.

My family is healthy

I get to stay in my PJ's for as long as I want

I get to work from home and start my blog (I have been talking about this idea for months now)


My request from you today is, focus on 3 things you are grateful for today and write them down. Every time something makes you feel uneasy go back to those three things, just for today.


I look forward to adding some amazing content as the days and weeks pass. I hope you come back and visit there is much more that we as positive beams of light get to experience together.


Make today the best it can be at this moment.
